QAQG meets at Twisted Stitches

  • 3rd Thursday Guild Day! The time you’re used to! 11:30 social time, 12 noon speaker, 1:15-1:45 refreshments, 1:45-2:00 general meeting, show and tell, door prizes!
  • 3rd Friday Education and Training, 10-4. If no workshops or classes are scheduled, it’s FREE SEW! Gather with your friends or group members. Sign up (RSVP) required for all, as only 36 seats are available!
  • 4th Thursday Outreach Day! Sew with the Outreach Committee or Quilts of Valor! If they do not have a scheduled sew day, then it’s FREE SEW! Gather with your friends or small group members. Sign up (RSVP) is required for all, as only 18 seat are available!

Sign up with RSVP online (QAQG website, Upcoming Events) allows planning and tracking of members/participation, for both TS staff and our facility liaison (VP1 Jan Antranikian, vice-president@quakingaspenquiltguild.org.) Limited seating requires a first come, first served sign up. There may be smaller numbers of participants for some classes, etc. That will all be noted on the website and in general email announcements. Having trouble with the website or signing up? Guild Meeting Cancellation Policy: An email will be sent to all members two hours before the meeting time to notify them of the cancellation. A message will also be posted on the Home page as soon as cancellation is determined. 

ZoomBee Sew Days

Virtual Sew Days are a wonderful way for members to keep in touch with our quilting community. During our ZoomBee, members come and go all day, chatting while finishing old projects and starting new ones.  Please come and say hello or stay all day and work on some holiday or UFO projects. 

  • The Zoom link is emailed to members before the event and the link is available on the website on the Members Only page.
  • 9:30-10:00: Check-in; say hello; show your project
  • 12:30-1:00: Lunchtime; share your design wall
  • 3:00-3:30: Share your progress and say goodbye

Zoom Board Meetings

QAQG board meetings are on Zoom. Board members receive meeting information in Dropbox and the Zoom link. The Zoom link is emailed to board members before the event and the link is available on the website on the Members Only page.

QAQG Google Group

The QAQG Google Group encourages email communication on quilting-related topics (no politics or nonmember business).  It is open to all QAQG members on an opt-in basis.  Participants can unsubscribe at any time.  To join the QAQG Google Group, email website@quakingaspenquiltguild.org.  Once you are added to the group you can email the members at quakingaspenquiltguild@googlegroups.com.
