General Meetings

The Home page has upcoming speaker information.  Check out the QAQG Calendar for upcoming activities and download to your calendar.  

  • In-person Meetings:  Boulder Valley Christian Church, 7100 S Boulder Rd, Boulder, CO
  • Virtual Meetings: The Zoom link is emailed to members before the event and the link is available on the website on the Members Only page. 

Date and Time:  Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. 

  • 11:30 socialize, sign up for classes/workshops, look at library offerings, check out the freebies table, pick up a task bag from outreach
  • 12:00 speaker/presentation
  • 1:15 snacks and fellowship
  • 1:45 business meeting, show & tell

Guild Meeting Cancellation Policy: An email will be sent to all members two hours before the meeting time to notify them of the cancellation. A message will also be posted on the Home page as soon as cancellation is determined. 

ZoomBee Sew Days

Virtual Sew Days are a wonderful way for members to keep in touch with our quilting community. During our ZoomBee, members come and go all day, chatting while finishing old projects and starting new ones.  Please come and say hello or stay all day and work on some holiday or UFO projects. 

  • The Zoom link is emailed to members before the event and the link is available on the website on the Members Only page.
  • 9:30-10:00: Check-in; say hello; show your project
  • 12:30-1:00: Lunchtime; share your design wall
  • 3:00-3:30: Share your progress and say goodbye

Zoom Board Meetings

QAQG board meetings are on Zoom. Board members receive meeting information in Dropbox and the Zoom link. The Zoom link is emailed to board members before the event and the link is available on the website on the Members Only page.

QAQG Google Group

The QAQG Google Group encourages email communication on quilting-related topics (no politics or nonmember business).  It is open to all QAQG members on an opt-in basis.  Participants can unsubscribe at any time.  To join the QAQG Google Group, email website@quakingaspenquiltguild.org.  Once you are added to the group you can email the members at quakingaspenquiltguild@googlegroups.com.
