Wa Shonaji Quilt Guild presents, “A Historic Narrative of Quilting from an African-American Perspective” Lecture and Trunk Show. The Guild was formed in Denver in 1994 by Helen T. Kearney.  She and other African-American women were interested in perpetuating the heritage of quilting and promoting fellowship among those in quilting.
